This Sunday, under the title "Marble Floors," we present an exceptionally delicious dinner full of underground bands with a kick.
Six bands, no less, and certainly not the least. Read on:

WHEEPER – Alex Popeliers' project reminds us most of the late Jay Reatard in terms of sound and intensity. There's no better recommendation.

COMPETITION – Averse to any form of social media (kudos!), yet still playing Valkhof. Yes, this Nijmegen band can still do it analog. Influences from Fountaines DC (who hasn't been influenced by them these days?), Dry Cleaning, and Library Card indicate the direction (post)punk is blowing. A band to see live, not online...

PIZZA KNIFE – By now, you could safely call the guys from Pizza Kife the godfathers of Utrecht punk. Always raw, always energetic, always spot on. Plus, they play the best cover of Red Zebra's "Can't Live in a Living Room" ever. The boys even get flown to Barcelona for a show for a major skate brand. That's how you do it. Fuck yeah! Way to go.

KILLER WIVES – Two Italians stranded in Utrecht make a four-piece racket together. Stoner rock with a refined Italian twist, full of hypnotic riffs and a stylish presentation to match.

SHAEMLESS – This five-piece tornado from the Netherlands wreaks havoc with a brain-twisting blend of garage punk, post-grunge, and psychedelic rock. Famous and infamous for their dazzling live shows.

FEMME FUGAZI – Standard-bearers of the thriving Dutch post-punk scene. The band blends spoken word, punk ethos, and shoegaze into an unpredictable whole under the inspiring leadership of frontwoman Chris de Meza.

Aight, this will get you through this Sunday. Six excellent, hard-hitting (post)punk bands with attitude. And all for a friendly price.
Punk Dog is ready to fill your stomach, so come hang, mosh, and enjoy!
