The American Model/Actriz makes electronic indie with a punk attitude, and feels equally at home on the dance floor as in the mosh pit. The music is exhilarating and raw, the shows intense and seductive. Their second album 'Pirouette' is a raw, honest quest for freedom and self-acceptance, carried by singer Cole Hadens' razor-sharp lyrics and expressive, theatrical stage presence. On stage, he evokes both Grace Jones and a punk frontman, with lyrics that are shamelessly personal and sensual. The band is tight and unpredictable: guitar salvos, thumping drums, and throbbing bass lines merge into a visceral sound that is as confrontational as it is liberating. Model/Actriz offers a live experience with the heart on the tongue and sweat on the floor.

Location: Tolhuistuin formerly Paradiso Noord is located at IJpromenade 2 in Amsterdam North. A free ferry departs from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. Turn left and you’ll walk into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance is used Buiksloterweg 5C, which can be reached via Overhoeksplein.
