Orbits is an Amsterdam collective focused on developing and showcasing the city's improvised music scene, and has organized numerous events over the past two years.

Now in its second annual edition, the Fall Series brings together a diverse selection of adventurous music throughout October, November, and December to celebrate the windy, gray season.

Vera Morais (voice) presents a new project based on original texts, in which she brings together three pianists: Oscar Jan Hoogland, Lida Brouskari and Inês Lopes; who play an electric clavichord, a theremin and a toy piano respectively.

Saxophone-piano duo Tangerine (Aviv Noam and Danielle Friedman) presents their idiosyncratic version of avant-garde jazz with a touch of humor, featuring compositions from their EP Time Without Disasters.

Finally, drummer Spooky-J (known from the band Nihiloxica) takes over the stage with his dazzling solo project: a raging mix of rhythmic energy, live effects and drum triggers.
