On Friday afternoon, October 23rd, and Saturday afternoon, October 24th, from noon to 4:00 PM, The Official Unofficial is back! The completely free music festival takes place during the Left of the Dial weekend . At The Official Unofficial, you'll see dozens of performances over two afternoons, from noon to 4:00 PM, by bands from the Left of the Dial program and bands from outside, invited by various organizations hosting their own stages on those afternoons.
The program for The Official Unofficial won't be announced until the end of September, but mark your calendars! Or better yet, buy a ticket for Left of the Dial and enjoy both festivals. As soon as The Official Unofficial ends at 4:00 PM, the official Left of the Dial program traditionally begins. If you want to attend, you'll need a ticket, and tickets have sold out quickly in recent years.
