When you first hear Thee Sinseers, you might think you're dealing with a soul band from the sixties – yet this large American formation has only existed since 2019. On the cover of their debut album Sinseerly Yours (2024), the band refers to one of their influences: Thee Midniters, a well-known act in the sixties in chicano-rock, a mix of Mexican music and rhythm & blues. Led by frontman Joey Quiñones, each performance by Thee Sinseers grows into a spectacular soul revue, retro and modern at the same time. On September 18, their second album Love Stories will be released!
