Visfest is a mini-festival for cross-border music that is currently organized on an irregular basis by Arthur Kempenaar, Peter Stufkens, and Wim Dekker at De Vishal on Grote Markt 20 in Haarlem.
Visfest is not based on any single concept. Visfest is always different.
