Children Of Finland Fighting In Norway (abbreviated COFFIN) is an uncompromising rock 'n' roll punk band from Sydney, Australia. With strong influences from the older generation of Australian rock 'n' roll bands such as Coloured Balls, The Angles, and AC/DC, and then adding their own influences on themes such as Australian identity, climate change, and injustice, the result is a total mix of hardcore, blues, protopunk, and, of course, rock 'n' roll. The band sounds like a speeding four-wheel drive, but with singing drummers, tattoos, mullets, and screaming guitars.
Having started around the age of twelve, the band has been around for quite a few years now. They have shared stages all over the world with bands such as Amyl and the Sniffers, Viagra Boys, and King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, and have released a considerable amount of music. Furthermore, they will release their documentary '10,000 Miles From Oslo' later this year, which will be broadcast worldwide.
