Douwe Bob is a daredevil and a romantic, a cocktail shaker and a melancholic, a party animal, a father, a poet, a rock 'n' roller singer, a charmer, and a pianist all rolled into one. In 2012, Douwe broke through as the winner of The Best Singer-Songwriter of the Netherlands. His participation in the Eurovision Song Contest with "Slow Down" subsequently established him as a recognizable voice in the Netherlands and beyond. In 2023, he appeared on Beste Zangers (Best Singers) and in 2024, he became the most played Dutch artist on the radio. His seventh studio album will be released in April, with which he will then visit Paradiso to perform his latest songs.
