The energizing American folk rock band Goodnight, Texas, which you probably already knew before you thought: in 2020, their song The Railroad was almost completely heard in the first episode of the popular Netflix series Tiger King. Although the folk, country, bluegrass, and rock of Goodnight, Texas is mainly banjo and mandolin-oriented, co-frontman Avi Vinocu can count Metallica guitarist Kirk Hammett among his musical friends - Hammett can even be heard on Goodnight, Texas' latest (fifth) album Signals (2024).
