The English singer Kim Wilde is one of the biggest stars of the eighties. It all started with the instant classic Kids In America (1981), after which she scored a long string of pop hits: Cambodia, View From A Bridge, Love Blonde, You Came, Four Letter Word, and many more. After a sabbatical in the nineties, Wilde returned in the mid-2000s (with a duet with Nena) and never left. Her latest album, Closer, was released in 2025.
