Opus Kink is a six-piece post-punk band from Brighton with strong influences from jazz and self-proclaimed 'country-laced punk'. Since the band's formation in 2017, the post-punk group has released multiple singles and EPs, but they are now finally releasing their debut album 'The Sweet Goodbye'. The album is about escaping the stuck, compromised dilemma of modern life, spinning around in the sucking mud, and celebrating expression, fun, and surrender in the face of the dull and violent trials of the twenty-first century, according to the six gentlemen from Brighton.
