Tusky:
Tusky creates a scary mosh pit, but made by very friendly people. Their music sounds like you and your best friends suddenly got a massive amount of talent and started making punk rock in a basement. But a basement belonging to the kind of Waldorf parents who wholeheartedly support your passions and have therefore put some really good gear in there.
I could say they make unapologetic punk rock anthems, fueled by relentless energy, delivered by genuinely nice guys, but I think it’s much more convincing if *you* say it. So come to the show, bring all your friends with split dyes and chronically inflamed snake bites, and feel your depression lighten up massively. Unfortunately, you have to heal completely yourself... but you can do it! You superstar!
Rats and Daggers:
A POWER TRIO that explores the razor-sharp edge between heavy and punk. Rats and Daggers fire off rapid punk rock projectiles that make mosh pits swell on the spot. Live, they are both disarming and exceptionally expressive, with an energy that comes so genuinely from the depths that every blazing set offers a much-needed escape from the daily grind.
Rats and Daggers have previously played at Sonic Whip, Sniester, Valkhof Festival, Offroad, the Melkweg, Ekko, Vera, and many more. They have supported bands such as KNIVES, LIFE, Sprints, Pigsx7, and Screaming Females, and annually organize their own festival, Beware of Banshees: a loud festival that shatters gender norms.
