The Irish folk band Kingfishr is playing in our large Ronda, but in their homeland they fill even larger venues – for instance, late last year they played for two nights to thirteen thousand fans at the 3Arena in Dublin. Fortunately, the trio possesses the gift of transforming even an airplane hangar into a cozy pub in no time with their melodic, modern folk. The song Killeagh (written for a local hurling team) from Kingfishr's debut album Halcyon (2025) has since grown into an alternative Irish national anthem with over 62 million Spotify streams.
