The Dutch band Loïs Lane, fronted by sisters Suzanne and Monique Klemann, is celebrating its 40th anniversary. With their smoothly sung mix of pop, rock, and funk, Loïs Lane broke through two years after their formation with the title song of the film Amsterdamned. This was followed by bigger hits (It's The First Time, Fortune Fairytales, I Wanna Be) and even a collaboration with Prince. Now the circle is complete: in 2025, Loïs Lane created the title track for the second Amsterdamned film, This Is Amsterdamned.
