Ruben Hein is coming to Patronaat on Thursday, October 29, to play his latest musical phase live for the first time! The pianist, singer, and songwriter is known for his warm voice, distinctive piano playing, and soulful pop songs, with which he has secured a firm place within the Dutch pop and jazz scene since his debut album 'Loose Fit'. The breakthrough single 'Elephants' put him on the map, and since then, Hein has steadily built a versatile oeuvre with eight albums, four EPs, and collaborations with Jonathan Jeremiah, Oleta Adams, and Benjamin Herman, among others.

In 2025, Hein took a new direction with the singles 'Weatherman' and 'Radio Silence'. With these, he returned to his soulful roots, enriched with everything he learned over the past few years. With the release of 'Say Something You Mean', he reinforces that new chapter. During this intimate club show, Ruben Hein presents his new songs, a revamped live set, and a fresh band lineup.
