Noor writes songs that are just as personal as the voice with which she sings them. In her music, she captures moments that seem small but feel big: growing up in a city that can be both crowded and lonely at the same time, saying goodbye to what was once taken for granted, or searching for words for feelings that do not yet have a name. With her first breakthrough single, 'De Wereld Sterft (2021)', she immediately struck a chord. Not long after, 'Ik Zwaai Het Uit', a song about growing up and letting go, went viral on TikTok. What Noor creates is anything but accidental. The Amsterdam-based singer learned to play the violin at a young age and soon began writing her own songs. Her music moves somewhere between intimate melodies and vocal lines that are vulnerable yet simultaneously offer a sense of stability. She now has several sold-out shows to her name and regularly co-writes the work of other artists, including Pommelien Thijs and WIES .

When Noor moved to London a few years ago to study at the pop academy, she continued to build her Dutch-language repertoire. This resulted in her first EP, 'Jong en Oud', featuring the now-famous 'Metro van de laatste rit ' . During that time, her audience also grew steadily: characterized from the start by a direct bond between artist and listener. After a foray into English-language music, Noor returned to her mother tongue in 2025 with 'Platonic' and 'HOE?', in which she once again combines personal themes with a direct, recognizable writing style. A new EP will follow in the autumn, with which Noor enters a new artistic phase.
