The Avalanches (DJ set) + Confidence Man (DJ set)
What happens when you pair the masters of sample-based electronica with Australia’s most extravagant party band of the moment? We’ll find out on Friday evening, December 4, at Tolhuistuin, where The Avalanches will take to the decks as part of their No Bad DJs tour, bringing along their fellow Australians, Confidence Man, to deliver a DJ set for this festive occasion. While The Avalanches are renowned for their iconic mixes, weaving together thousands of obscure vinyl samples, disco rarities, and vintage acid house, Confidence Man injects a heavy dose of glam, 90s house, Eurodance, and flamboyant showmanship into the mix.
